Devil’s Herd
Gonna find me a rainbow
Gonna jump on its back
Fly it straight into the sky Lord
Aint looking back
Gonna tame the winter wind
Then a walk on the sun ya
The howling wolf my only friend
When my journeys end has come
Oh no, Oh no
For seven years I’ve rode the sky
And seven songs I’ve sung
One for every angels sigh
And once the Devils yearn
Many was the passing night
With fate and I alone
Burning through the blazing sky
To drive the Devils herd
On home, on home
Now standing here all alone
Can I face this fear on my own
All my memories spinning round and round and round
Reaching in to catch a glimpse falling down
Thunder as their hooves crash down
Lightning in their eyes
Just one falter in my grasp
And surly I would die
Never once have I been known
To sing a worried song
But soon mine will be the time
To join the Devils herd
On home, my home
